Selling at Digital Reasoning positions you, the Sales Executive, at the forefront of the emerging Cognitive Computing revolution. In this capacity, you’ll create new relationships with senior executives in the world’s leading financial services institutions to help them to transform their operations by leveraging Digital Reasoning’s cognitive computing technology. You will define strategic plans to gain access to the top institutions, map out our initial engagement, and drive our team of thought leaders to sell our solutions to solve pressing business challenges in Compliance, Client Insight and other areas.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be relentless at opening new doors, at packaging compelling value propositions, at teasing out business challenges, leveraging internal resources and strategic partners to execute sales campaigns, and at driving sales engagements with clear strategies, effective tactics and a high degree of professional ethics. You’ll work with our partners to position our offerings and achieve joint success, and your success will set the stage for long-term client relationships built on trust real business value. You will be the quarterback and you’ll need to excel at getting the best from the resources that support you and being accountable for success. Our ideal candidate is also someone who is a product geek at heart, who loves to get under the hood of advanced technologies, and who has the creative instincts to see gaps and solve problems. The ideal candidate understands how business leaders use data to make decisions, and has a passion for working collaboratively in a small dynamic team.

Qualifications We’d Like to See:

  • BA/BS degree, MBA strongly preferred
  • 3 or more years of experience selling high-value IT solutions, enterprise software to financial services institutions
  • Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills
  • Amazing communications skills – written, verbal and visual
  • Strong track record in negotiating creative and profitable transactions that benefit both parties and demonstrate compelling proof points
  • Knowledge of the enterprise application software market in areas such as CRM, marketing, front/back office transaction processing or risk & compliance
  • Technology background and Start-Up Experience a strong plus
