Our Customer Service reps are friendly and personable while assisting customers. Its about more than call scripts at Kohl’s – its about the great experience and personalized connections our customers expect.
We love our customers. When they’re unable to meet their obligations to pay their Kohl’s Charge bill on time, we want to provide them with options and affordable programs to help get the account back on track. Our reps also work with customers who suspect potentially fraudulent activity on their cards. Finally, this division ensures we are compliant with regulations and analyzes risk on our Kohl’s Charge account.
This team is our behind-the-scenes heroes! Without them, our customer service team would not be able to operate on a daily basis. They handle functions like finance, workforce planning, quality assurance and credit technology. As they say, it takes a village.
